No matter the day or time, RCC Support is just a phone call away! Available as part of your maintenance contract, experienced customer service representatives are available to solve issues by telephone, email, web, or on-site visit.

Our dedicated support staff have extensive experience with RCC and are ready to help you with any problem or question you encounter while using the system. Included in the support plan:

  • Phone and email access from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
  • Remote troubleshooting (We’ll dial into your system to help track down your issue when appropriate.)
  • Unlimited contacts. Any number of employees from your company may call Support, enabling the person with the question or issue to get the help he or she needs directly.
  • Unlimited incidents. You do not have to worry about “counting incidents” as Support covers an unlimited number of issues.
  • Unlimited modules. It doesn’t matter how many modules you are using—Support covers them all. From leads tracking to financial reporting, you are covered!
